What's automatic renewal and how does it work?

To help make sure you stay covered, we’ll automatically renew your policy if:

  • Your current insurer is still able to offer you cover
  • You paid for your current policy by card or Direct Debit, and your credit agreement is still active
  • You haven’t opted out of automatic renewal

If we can’t automatically renew your policy, don’t worry. We’ll email you 21 days before your renewal date with details on how you can renew.
