How can I make a complaint?
Our priority is to make sure you have the right cover and to build a strong relationship with you. If something goes wrong, we’ll work hard to put it right as quickly as we can.
We manage and monitor all our complaints via our customer area. Please log in and follow these steps:

- Navigate to ‘My Account’
- Click ‘make a complaint’
- Fill out the form and submit
